About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in the North West Region of England. This role involves coordinating and managing day-to-day site operations, leading installation and commissioning activities, and overseeing both the engineering team and subcontractors.
Your expertise will ensure the seamless deployment of advanced security systems, consistently delivering high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute installations efficiently, ensuring adherence to contract budgets and timelines.
* Coordinate daily site activities, managing internal and external interfaces and subcontractor resources to ensure smooth project progress.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships by attending site meetings and providing regular updates.
* Prepare and submit precise project reports as directed by the Project Manager.
* Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Required Skills:
* 4+ years of experience in the fire and security industry.
* Strong understanding of security systems, including access control and IP CCTV, both integrated and standalone solutions.
* Proficient with industry-standard equipment (e.g., Galaxy, Pyronix, Paxton, AXIS, PELCO).
* Familiarity with CDM regulations and ensuring safety compliance on projects.
* Solid understanding of network architectures and client-server topologies as applied to security systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to technical challenges.
* Full, clean UK driving license.

Educational Qualification:
* Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Preferred: Technical or engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ, BTEC, HNC/HND) in Electrical, Electronics, or Security Systems.
* Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
