Location: EUR Home Office Watford, United Kingdom. This role is part of a growing European business with opportunities for development and recognition.
Responsibilities
* Advise customers via telephone, email, and social media channels.
* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for customers.
* Engage with customers in a self-motivated, listener-focused manner to understand and resolve needs.
* Participate in an in-depth training program at start and benefit from on-site facilities.

Job Details
* Fixed term contract that runs until the end of January 2026.
* Full-time option: 37.5 hours per week.
* Part-time option: 20 hours per week.
* Shifts: Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00 (outside peak trading months); 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
* During peak months (October–December) 3 rotating shifts per week (8:00–16:00, 9:00–17:00, 11:00–19:00).
* Two weeks of full-time training before starting contracted hours.
