Business Analyst (FTC) – Scotland
£36,410 (pro-rata)
Edinburgh or Glasgow base
Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite
Fixed-Term Contract until end of May 2026
Outsource UK are delighted to be supporting our client with the recruitment of a Business Analyst to provide backfill cover until May 2026.
The Role As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping and planning. This is a hands-on role where you’ll also take ownership of UAT testing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Gather and document business requirements.
2. Engage with stakeholders across multiple teams.
3. Analyse, map, and improve business processes.
4. Plan and manage UAT testing, ensuring smooth delivery.
5. Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required
6. Proven Business Analysis skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
7. Strong background in business processing and planning.
8. Hands-on UAT testing experience is essential.
9. Ideally, knowledge of Oracle CSS or broader Oracle systems.
10. Excellent communication skills – personable, yet technically confident.
