Position Details:

* Starting salary £41,750 per annum, with potential to progress to £47,236 based on competency

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to acquire, retain, and engage individual donors
* Enhance digital fundraising channels, including online campaigns, social media, and email marketing
* Lead projects
* Analyze fundraising data to monitor performance and identify trends
What We're Looking For
* Experience in fundraising, particularly digital fundraising
* Knowledge of supporter engagement strategies
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Proficiency with CRM systems
* Understanding of charity sector regulations
