Seasonal Bookings Assistant – March to the end of October
This is a varied, customer-facing role where you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, whether by phone, email, or in person.
Responsibilities
* Answering phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
* Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
* Handling face-to-face check-ins and check-outs for accommodation guests
* Supporting the booking process and keeping reservation systems up to date
* Using CampManager to manage bookings and guest informatio
