The Role |
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Managing the line and planning shifts for adequate coverage
* Understanding food, health, and safety standards, as well as financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
* Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
