We’re looking for a creative designer to join our growing creative team and help deliver award winning creative work. Wanting to go above and beyond to make sure every campaign or piece of work is a success.
Working within the creative team and alongside the campaign team, you will develop and deliver powerful, forward thinking and inspirational creative concepts across our client portfolio. Working with a range of design budgets will be key.
You’ll ideally have experience within an agency environment. You’ll live and breathe design and be able to come up with and develop boldly ambitious, uniquely creative and boundary-pushing concepts.

What we need from you
The Day to Day
* Designing for both client and internal projects, from social media posts to fully integrated campaigns, and everything in between.
* Listening to client and internal design needs, working up ideas using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and explaining them clearly and effectively to project stakeholders.
* Working effectively and collaboratively with other members of the team – from Creative to Campaigns, Digital & Media, and Press. Keeping team members up to date with project progress and ensuring you deliver work to deadline.
* Attending briefing and update meetings with clients and other team members.
* Staying up-to-date on design trends, new technology and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring your design work meets the highest standards of quality, both in terms of accuracy, accessibility and creative impactto ensure only the best work is released to clients.
* Managing your workload efficiently whilst working on multiple design projects for a number of clients at a time.
* Working as part of the creative team, supporting other designers on larger integrated projects.
* Accurately logging your time on projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communicating with the team.
* Ensuring good file management practices are followed for all work.
Core Skills
All applicants who demonstrate the core skills listed below will be invited for an interview:
* Creative and exceptional design skills
* Excellent print and digital artworking skills using a combination of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Adobe After Effects experience is a bonus.
* Skillsdesigning for events and exhibitions is highly desirable.
* Solid time management skills and the ability to multi-task and switch between projects.
* Great communication skills, working with different team members to understand briefs and present back on your design rationale.
* Experience of working in the medium of Welsh, delivering bilingual campaigns is beneficial, but not essential.
