We’re looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our Client Engagement Team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our Client Engagement Team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring open communication between clients and internal teams.
* Understand client contracts, business goals and future strategy (e.g. relocations, growth).
* Hold regular meetings and reviews to keep clients and internal stakeholders aligned.

Service Delivery & Issue Resolution

* Ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet client objectives.
* Manage installations, removals and machine moves as needed.
* Resolve issues effectively by coordinating with internal departments (e.g. Service, IT, Billing).
* Handle complaints and concerns to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Data & Reporting

* Prepare and present Management Information (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) reports – both virtually and in person.
* Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to external stakeholders.

Growth & Commercial Focus

* Identify opportunities to grow accounts.
* Support the generation of new sales within existing accounts.
* Work closely with sales leads to align on strategy and account development.

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement

* Contribute to ongoing improvements across the Client Engagement Team.
* Maintain flexibility in working patterns to support changing customer needs.
* Manage time effectively to meet role-specific KPIs and deadlines.
* Adhere to all RDS policies and procedures and attend meetings as required.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, identifying opportunities and representing solutions with confidence and integrity.

Key areas of expertise should include:

* Technical Skills:
* High competency in Microsoft 365 suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams)
* Commercial & Strategic Thinking:
* Commercially astute and business aware, with a strong drive to identify growth opportunities. Smart and professional in approach, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and offer practical, solutions-focused responses.
* Organisation & Problem Solving:
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain excellent attention to detail under pressure.
* Client Relationship & Communication:
* Proven ability to build strong client relationships, with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. A collaborative team player who earns trust and fosters positive working relationships.

Basic salary:£35000 to £45000 per annum.
