This well established and forward thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through sales and listings and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.

Remuneration

• Basic salary to £22,000 with on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000 + company car or car allowance.

Are you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position?

• If you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager looking for your next career move up the property ladder we would like to hear from you.

They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of Estate Agency and have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings.
