Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant & Wrapround Care
Salary: £24,500 - £27,000
Start Date: We would like to commence this position asap, but can be flexibility for Jan 2026 start for the right candidate.
Reports to: Assistant Head of Pre-Prep
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at Merchant Taylors' Prep School, an independent boys' preparatory school. This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible (with flexibility up to January 2026 for the right candidate).
The successful candidate will contribute to fostering a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that supports the holistic development of our pupils. The role spans across the Pre-Prep day (EYFS/KS1), with particular responsibility for supporting phonics provision and the organisation and delivery of Forest School, alongside active involvement in our after-school wraparound care provision.
