Orridge is one of the leading stocktaking providers to Retail, Supply Chain and Pharmacy. We are looking for a Retail Stocktaking Supervisor to add to our already successful team. The successful candidate will manage a small team of stocktakers on client’s premises whilst completing a stocktake. You will ensure client stocktakes are completed in a timely and professional manner using a handheld scanner.
No prior stocktake experience is required, as full training will be provided.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
4. To lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues providing supervisory leadership, guidance, training and support
5. Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are briefed to your team and adhered to.
6. To run a stocktake using our bespoke stocktaking system
7. Liaise with the Client throughout the stocktake
8. Follow client specific procedures
9. Ensure all Clients specific service level agreements are met
10. Provide training and mentor new stocktakers
11. Assist with any queries stocktakers may have in relation to the stocktake
12. Ensure all productivity and accuracy targets are met
13. Ensure all electronic count data and supporting information is accurate and delivered on time
14. To identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions
PREFERRED SKILLS
15. Previous Supervisor experience
16. Have good written and verbal communication skills
17. Good organization skills
18. The ability to work to tight deadlines, to manage and prioritise a busy workload
19. Self-motivated and eager to learn
20. Flexible
21. Full driving license
ADDITIONAL NOTES
22. Manual Handling activities such as, but not limited to; pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying will be required during this role.
23. This role requires travel to different locations across the region
