What Youll Be Doing
As a Resourcing Coordinator, youll be at the centre of a busy recruitment operation, supporting the mobilization of skilled personnel to offshore and onshore projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Proactively sourcing candidates and building a robust talent pipeline
Screening CVs and conducting pre-interview assessments
Coordinating with hiring managers to align talent with project demands
Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and safety regulations
Supporting weekly resourcing meetings and client discussions
Maintaining personnel records and certification trackers to a high standard
What Youll Bring
Previous experience in recruitment administration or coordination – ideally in the oil & gas or offshore sector
