Spa Therapist (Part-Time & Full-Time)
About the Role:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our prestigious riverside hotel and spa in beautiful Cornwall. You will be part of a professional, supportive, and friendly team dedicated to creating a serene and rejuvenating experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver all spa and beauty treatments to a consistently high standard within allocated timeframes
2. Provide an exceptional, personalised guest experience through individual attention and professional expertise
3. Promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products to achieve revenue targets
4. Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas in line with health and safety standards
5. Manage stock levels, monitor product usage, and ensure cost efficiency
6. Support effective scheduling to meet guest demand and maximise spa revenue
7. Participate in ongoing training and performance development sessions
8. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, following company policy
Requirements
9. Recognised Beauty or Spa Therapy qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) – essential
10. Previous experience in a spa or salon environment – desirable
11. Excellent communication and customer service skills
12. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
13. Passion for wellness, relaxation, and delivering exceptional guest care
14. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach

Working Hours
Spa operates daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm
Shifts typically run from 9:30am to 6:00pm
Flexible part-time and casual shifts available / Accomodation available for the right candidate.
