There are two positions available for this role and the successful candidate will be based at either Knightstone Campus or Loxton Campus. Day to day duties of the role Be a visible presence on campus, particularly around communal areas. Ensuring learner related issues are dealt with proactively. Challenge inappropriate behaviour and promote positive behaviour, in line with the Student Code of Conduct and Behaviour Policy. Liaise with internal stakeholders and agencies. Required skills and qualifications Excellent IT skills. Awareness of mental health and physical challenges. Ability to plan and prioritise own caseload and work without close supervision.
