UN COMN is seeking an Business Process Analyst to: Assist in developing and refining enterprise IT architecture to support modernization and compliance goals. Document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) architecture states aligned with agency objectives. Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to influence system design and integration. Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance innovation and operational efficiency. Participate in architecture governance and quality management activities. Support change control, scope management, and root cause analysis efforts. Prepare technical documentation, briefings, and translate complex concepts for varied audiences. Identify opportunities for business process improvements and assist in user needs analysis. Ensure systems and architectures comply with organizational cybersecurity guidelines. Requirements 4 years of related experience. To meet (or exceed) DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) certification/education requirements for Enterprise Architect (651 - Intermediate), interested candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering or an active SecurityX/CASP, CCSP, Cloud, CSSLP, FITSP-D, GDSA, GSEC certification. Must hold an active security clearance (secret or higher) granted by the U.S. government. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of government compliance, cybersecurity principles, IT modernization efforts, architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DoDAF, FEAF), and modeling tools (e.g., Sparx EA, Visio). Excellent communication and leadership skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications. Experience working within Agile/SAFe environments. Prior involvement in enterprise architecture modernization initiatives within federal agencies. Why UN COMN?
