About the Role We have exciting opportunities for Health Care Assistants (Days & Nights) to join our Patcham Nursing Home team. Experience is beneficial, but a genuine commitment to compassionate care is what matters most. As a Health Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support, including: Dementia care Support for complex physical conditions Palliative and respite care As part of our team, you’ll help ensure residents’ wellbeing and maintain our high standards of care. Your role as a Health Care Assistant will make a tangible difference to the lives of those you support every day.
