Your new role:
As Credit Manager, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end credit control and credit risk process across a diverse portfolio of insurance clients and brokers. You will lead credit assessments, set and monitor credit limits, manage aged debt, and work closely with underwriting, finance, andpliance teams to ensure robust crediternance. You will also oversee a small team, drive process improvements, and contribute to strategic decisions that support thepany’s long‑term financial health.
What you need to succeed:
1. Strong credit management experience within insurance, financial services, or a regulated environment
2. Proven ability to assess credit risk and make soundmercial decisions
3. Confidence managing stakeholder relationships across underwriting, finance, and external partners
4. Experience leading or mentoring a team with a collaborative, hands‑on approach
5. Excellent analytical andmunication skills with strong attention to detail
