In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for store vacancies. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and help shape the teams that will drive our future success. From creating engaging job adverts and sourcing great talent to designing recruitment tools and issuing employment contracts, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our recruitment capability across the business.
Job Overview
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide clear guidance throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
* Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, CV databases, social media, and direct search methods.
* Building strong talent pipelines and delivering targeted recruitment marketing to drive candidate engagement.
* Providing training and guidance to help managers lead confident and effective interviews.
* Supporting continuous improvement projects and using recruitment data to identify trends and measure the success of campaigns.
* Issuing employment contracts accurately and on time, ensuring compliance across all processes.
* Contributing to wider resourcing strategy through insights, benchmarking, and stakeholder feedback.
Minimum Criteria To Apply
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor who can take ownership of the hiring process while supporting continuous improvement and delivering an excellent service to stakeholders. The following experience will be valuable:
* Experienced recruiting across varied role types, either in-house or within an agency.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and experience designing effective recruitment processes.
* Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and digital candidate engagement tools.
* Committed to delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Proactive in solving recruitment challenges and driving improvements across the process.
* Confident using recruitment data to inform decisions and support continuous improvement.
* Experienced in direct sourcing and creating engaging recruitment marketing content.
* Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and projects in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail, especially when preparing and issuing employment contracts.
