Trainee Senior Care Worker
Location:Greenan Manor, Ayr
Hours:Full and part time opportunities
Salary: £12.88 - £13.85 per hour (depending on experience)
Starting pay is £12.88 during training rising to £13.23 on successful completion of training and a further uplift to £13.85 following completion of SVQ 3.

What you’ll do:
* Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
* Assist in care planning, and record-keeping.
* Administer medication
* Learn leadership skills to supervise and guide care staff.
* Promote a safe, caring, and positive environment.
What we’re looking for:
* Experienced Care/Support Worker with a minimum of SVQ 2
* Registered with the SSSC
* Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to attend our Senior Care Worker Training Programme and develop into the senior role.
