We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Neuro Rehabilitation team. The role involves delivering individualised physiotherapy interventions to resident's with a range of neurological conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist who is passionate about Neuro Rehab and enjoys working holistically within a dynamic service.

What you'll be doing:
* Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment for adults with neurological conditions
* Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based rehabilitation programmes
* Work collaboratively with other professionals, residents, and families to support person-centred rehabilitation
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards
* Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as required
* Provide education, advice, and support to residents
* Participate in team meetings, supervision, and service development activities
* Adhere to HCPC, CSP, and organisational policies and procedure
