The exciting newest addition to my client's portfolio is a stunning and newly renovated pub and restaurant in Uttoxeter and they are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join the leadership team. Youll play a key role in getting the venue off to a flying start, helping to set standards, shape the team, and keep service running like clockwork.
Youll need to be confident managing both bar and floor operations, have a sharp eye for detail, and be able to lead a team with calm authority (and maybe a bit of humour when it gets busy). Experience in managing a high-volume restaurant is non-negotiable youll be running shifts, solving problems, and keeping guests happy from open to close.

The offer for Duty Manager:
£29,000£30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
£31,000£33,000 OTE including TRONC
45-hour contract per week
3-month probation period
Christmas Day is part of the rota everyone works it, but its paid at double time, no more than 6 hours, and doors close by 6pm so you can still make it home for turkey and TV specials
