Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
* Receive prescriptions from customers and hand them over to the dispensary team.
* Handle over-the-counter medication sales and provide information on product usage.
* Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
* Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
* Monitor and manage stock levels of front-of-store merchandise.
* Assist in creating attractive displays and promotions.
* Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing customer concerns.
Key Requirements:
* Medicine Counter Assistant course or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience in a customer service role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and over-the-counter medications.
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
* Friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy setting.
