We’re looking for a detail-orientated Billing Analyst to deliver accurate, timely billing for telecoms and IT services on behalf of our clients. Acting as an extension of their billing department, you’ll ensure invoices are spot-on, fraud checks are completed, and customers receive first-class support.
Please note, this role is fixed term for a period of 9 months.
What you'll be doing
* Own the billing process for nominated customers.
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
* Monitor fraud and manage billing periods.
* Provide expert support on our Eclipse billing platform.
* Advise customers on improving profitability.
* Maintain exceptional customer service and meet SLAs.
Your Experience
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Confident with Microsoft Office.
* A proactive team player who can manage their own workload.
* Experience within a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
