I am hiring for UX Service Designer
Location: Manchester (2 Days Onsite per Week)
Job Description:
Lead end-to-end Service Design activities including Service Discovery, ideation, journey mapping, and delivery of user-centred solutions aligned to strategic business goals.
Create and optimise Customer Journey Maps and Service Blueprints, identifying gaps and driving improvements across digital and non-digital touchpoints.
Conduct and moderate Usability Testing (including one-on-one sessions), select appropriate research methods, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Research, Product, and stakeholders to design prototypes and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
Facilitate engaging workshops and confidently present findings to senior stakeholders, challenging views where necessary to advocate for user needs.
Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty and regulatory standards, delivering measurable customer and commercial value within an Agile environment.
