Job Title: Factory Trainer
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm
Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
Contract Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Induction training for new starters and refresh current colleagues including food safety & health and safety
* Mandatory training module requirements for site and legal requirements
* Operational training module training
* Evaluate colleague operational performance via internal audit sheets
* Management training modules in relation to shop floor operations
* Preparing and reviewing Standard Operational Procedures
* Liaise with Management team members in relation to training requirements and/or issues
* Support and mentor new colleagues
* Ensure training matrix information is maintained and updated as and when required
* Work with and develop the site shop floor training supports
* Plan training schedules (with the training manager) to cover all training requirements and dates
Qualifications
* Understand effective training methods
* Good communication skills
* Good organizational skills
* Good time management
* The ability and confidence to work alone
* IT skills (Excel, Power‑point, Word)
* Approachable
* Confident
