The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Work closely with teachers to support students with varying needs across the curriculum. Take responsibility for supporting key students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) this could include learners with special educational needs (SEN), speech and language difficulties, or specific learning challenges. Provide one-to-one or small group support, helping to engage and motivate learners. Encourage independence and promote confidence both in and outside of lessons. Contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere where all students can thrive. The Ideal Candidate Experience working with young people or within education is advantageous, but not essential.
