Job Title: Clinical Head Of Care
Location: Romford
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Role Overview:
The Clinical Head Of Care will oversee and manage the nursing staff within our welcoming nursing home, ensuring high standards of clinical governance and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Registered General Nurse (RGN) who excels in clinical leadership and is experienced in handling regulatory paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the nursing team, ensuring excellent patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee clinical governance and maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a positive working environment.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between day and night clinical staff.
- Flexibility to address business needs and staff management outside of core hours when necessary.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Proven experience in clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the home.
