Responsibilities
We are seeking to appoint a part‑time receptionist to work in conjunction with the current post holder on a job share basis. This is an important, front‑of‑house position in our busy school office and requires a friendly, yet professional person to greet our visitors with a smile. Recent experience of reception work, preferably within a school office, is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, be well‑organised, able to work well under pressure and able to readily adapt to the fast pace of change experienced by schools today.
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must be computer literate and able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and the use of e‑communication in the workplace. Though not essential, experience of using a SIMS database is desirable.
