The Role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
As an HLTA in Sheffield schools, your responsibilities may include:
Leading whole-class lessons in the teacher's absence
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3 or KS4
Delivering targeted interventions and booster sessions
