Lead architectural design from concept to delivery across varied rural projects
Manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities
Coordinate with planners, landscape designers, and other consultants
Prepare proposals, presentations, and design documentation
Mentor junior architects and support team developmentIdeal Candidate
Substantial post Part 3 experience in a UK based practice
Proven track record in rural or residential projects, ideally including estate-scale or bespoke homes
Strong business development and client management skills
Excellent design, communication, and leadership abilities
Passionate about sensitive, context-driven design and delivering high-quality outcomes
