A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate based in Dartford to come in and support two directors.
This is an incredible business, they are seriously influential across London. Dynamic, innovative, cutting edge and also worldwide. They require someone to support with their priorities, manage their time and be a partner when they are pulled in lots of different directions.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Provide efficient support in managing complex diary management and diary changes effectively, prioritising meetings where necessary.
* Screen and prioritise incoming communications (emails, calls, mail)
* Arrange and prepare for meetings - in person & on Teams.
* Communicate professionally with external key stakeholders and liaise effectively with internal teams in all areas of our business, building strong collaborative relationships and a wide network of support.
* Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries
* Expenses management: complete and submit expenses as required. Approve team's expense, DTA & Mobility claims by proxy where required.
* Arrange large and small corporate events
We are looking for a candidate that has experience supporting at a similar level. You must have a sense of humour, be warm, friendly but also assertive. High attention to detail and the ability to balance ever changing priorities is paramount. The incoming candidate will be privy to sensitive data so confidentiality is key
Professional services experience desired with a maximum of 1 month notice period.
