We are seeking to appoint a SEND Practitioner with the skills and experience to provide targeted support to our SEND students, facilitating their successful transition and access to the secondary curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a solution-focused, collaborative, and restorative approach, with experience in implementing strategies to support learning across Key Stage 2 and 3.
