Role Responsibilities
* Build great relationships with our customers and colleagues
* Provide personalized consultations and skin services
* Meet sales targets and promote our offers and in-store promotions
* Ensure the counter is well-presented to showcase Liz Earle products
What you’ll need to have
* Warmly welcome each customer with empathy and understanding
* Enjoy meeting sales targets and contributing to team success
* Stay updated with the latest skincare trends
* Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Be a proud brand ambassador for Liz Earle, helping customers find suitable products
Preferred Experience
* Previous customer service experience
* Experience using skincare products on customers
