We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to assist in keeping our kitchen area clean and organised and compliant with Health & Safety regulations. Our Kitchen is at the heart of our Food & Beverage department providing the food for our guests 24 hours a day. Physical fitness (as the work is hands on and will require some lifting, loading and operating of machines). A strong work ethic and flexibility in the shifts you can work Basic knowledge of health & safety practices & be able to follow safe working procedures Attention to detail, even when working under pressure Ability to follow instruction and be able to show initiative Good communications skills What will I be doing as a Kitchen Porter? Cleaning kitchen equipment, surfaces & floors Operating the dishwasher Moving equipment around the kitchen for chefs Taking in kitchen deliveries Collecting and taking out rubbish and waste Maintaining good hygiene and health & safety practices Actively developing your kitchen skills and knowledge in order to progress including completing e-learning modules.
