About the role
As an English Teacher this is a great chance to shape the future of students who are unable to access mainstream education. In this role you will work with the most vulnerable students, advancing their education in lessons and in wider school life. As an English Teacher, you will tailor lessons to the individual needs of the students and remove barriers to learning, for KS3/4. You will be supporting pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.

The school provide tailored, quality education and are passionate about aiding students to overcome barriers to learning and life. The school supports children and young people with SEMH, EBD and ADHD.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of English Teacher you will:
1. Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
2. Have an enthusiastic and motivated attitude
3. Have full UK QTS specialising in English
4. Be able to plan and teach up to GCSE level
5. An enhanced Child & Adult workforce DBS that is on the update service. Or willingness to apply for one through us.
