Job Opportunity: HR Business Partners / HR Managers
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced HR Business Partners and HR Managers to join our team supporting a range of HR activities across BAU and HR Change Projects. This is an initial 2-3 months contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Managers with Employee Relations (ER) and Change Management in complex, unionised environments.
* Undertake 1-to-1 consultation meetings as part of change programmes.
* Assist with managing change processes, including redundancies and redeployments.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong background in ER and Change Management, ideally in large-scale, unionised settings.
* Experience supporting managers through change initiatives.
* Chartered MCIPD qualification preferred.
The Offer
We are seeking a few HR professionals for a temporary contract via Hays, starting ASAP. Options for 4-5 days per week with approximately 3 days on-site in Bournemouth, with some flexibility depending on hours.
