This company are a multi-site manufacturing company who specialise in the automotive sector. Due to continued growth they are looking to develop some process engineers their for painting facility. On offer is a role with great training, where you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the factory's painting processes, ensuring products are finished correctly, consistently. You'll support new product launches, and using data to drive continuous improvement. This role would suit someone with experience in the painting / coating process within manufacturing. Any process engineering / continuous improvement knowledge is beneficial but full training on this aspect of the role will be given.
