THE ROLE:
The position of Territory Sales Manager offers a clinically focused, field-based opportunity within secondary care. You will engage with a wide range of hospital stakeholders including specialist nurses, consultants, gastroenterologists, procurement teams, and infection control departments.
The role involves managing and developing an established territory while identifying new opportunities for growth. You will represent an innovative and expanding portfolio of medical devices, supported by comprehensive product training and ongoing development.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in medical sales within hospital environments, ideally field-based, OR
* A clinical background with a desire to transition into a commercial role, OR
* A medical or scientific degree (graduates considered)
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
THE PACKAGE:
* Basic salary of £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
* Uncapped commission with £16,000+ earning potential
* Company car or car allowance
* Pension scheme (8% contribution)
* 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays
