Job Description
Our Project and Cost Management team in Scotland has significantly grown in the last few years and is continuing to attract high performing individuals looking to progress their career and work on bespoke and interesting projects. We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in a construction consultancy setting, specifically with a prior focus on projects within the Healthcare sector.
Responsibilities & Role
* Manage complex Healthcare projects within Scotland, involving a combination of the following: administer the NEC4 suite of contracts, multi-service projects provided by AECOM, and manage all project phases from beginning to close‑out.
* Work mostly independently with basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, and complex features.
* Receive technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
* Experience as a consultancy or client organisation leader in construction projects.
* Pre and post contract design/project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* NEC4 Contract Administration (accreditation if positive).
* Maintain accurate project records (paper and electronic).
* Robust Stakeholder Management process.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
* Academic Qualification – ideally Project Management/Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master’s Degree.
* NEC 3/4 accreditation.
* Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, APM or other equivalent institution.
* Clear understanding of NHS Scotland requirements, such as NHS Scotland Processes, Governance and Compliance.
