Fleet Administrator Location: Coventry Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm Contract: Temporary, 3 months Pay rate: £(phone number removed)ph We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Fleet Administrator to work for our client at their Office in Coventry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is confident in managing high-volume administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Process parking fines and driver penalties. Manage and maintain high-volume spreadsheets. Handle a large volume of emails and telephone calls, ensuring professional and clear communication at all times. Raise and manage Purchase Orders. Skills & Experience Previous fleet administration experience. Excellent organisation skills with a strong attention to detail. Competent to advanced Excel ability. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience of working in high-volume administrative environments.
