This role plays a vital part in ensuring the integrity of stock financials across the business, combining financial control with operational insight. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of inventory accuracy and stock-related financial reporting, while leading continuous improvement initiatives and engaging with cross-functional teams. What will the Stock Finance Manager role involve? Lead responsibility for the accuracy, existence and completeness of the company’s stock file. Own financial entries related to stock, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and audit readiness. Develop and implement stock control and reconciliation procedures, including regular variance analysis and inventory reporting. Manage and support the stock audit team, overseeing regular stock counts and investigations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and Logistics to improve stock processes and ensure alignment. Deliver clear, meaningful insights and reporting to senior stakeholders using tools like Power BI and Excel.
