Exciting Opportunity: Business Analyst – Insurance A leading insurer is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance sector to join their team. The role will focus on Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and Claims Systems, with a preference for candidates who understand the Sales Journey within a CRM environment. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: * Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance industry * Hands-on experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and/or Claims Systems * Solid understanding of the Sales Journey in relation to CRM systems * Ability to perform core BA activities, including ‘AS IS’ and ‘TO BE’ analysis * Skilled in planning, facilitating, and running workshops * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments * Flexible approach to hybrid working (minimum 2 days onsite per week) Desirable: * Immediate availability * Experience with CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics in an insurance setting...
