Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager / Director, you will be responsible for surveying and estimating groundworks packages across new-build residential projects.
Key Responsibilities Act as the commercial point of contact for surveying and estimating matters on projects Assist with the preparation, submission, and agreement of tenders and contract submissions Support the commercial team with project variations, claims, and design changes Prepare project forecasts, cost plans, and commercial reports Ensure contractual obligations are understood and complied with Monitor and report on project profitability and commercial performance Work closely with procurement and site management teams Ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial deadlines Experience & Requirements Minimum 3 years experience surveying UK residential groundworks projects Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Word Working knowledge of Bluebeam or similar construction xjlbheb software Ability to work collaboratively within a commercial team environment Why this position?
