<div><h3>Midlothian Support Practitioners - Loanhead & Dalkeith - Female Only</h3><p>Earn up to £27,960.08 per year pro rata.</p><p>A pay approach that recognises your value – from day one and beyond. All Support Practitioners are paid at least the Real Living Wage, currently £13.45 per hour (£27,350.04 pro rata). It’s one of the ways we aim to support a more sustainable and valued social care workforce.</p><p>The Midlothian service operates in both Loanhead and Dalkeith. In Loanhead we support 6 people in 5 flats. In Dalkeith we support 5 people in 5 flats. Shifts are approximately 8‑9 hours, with one sleepover shift per day.</p><p>During induction and training you work with experienced team members.
