Responsibilities
* Lead with Impact: Elevate team performance to exceed KPIs while identifying refined opportunities to enhance revenue. Guide the clinic’s daily operations including manage rosters, ensure compliance, and maintain high clinical standards.
* Creating Empowering Transformations: Provide results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels and Hydrojelly masks.
* Uphold Our Values: Foster a workplace culture built on Passion, Care, and Determination, helping your team thrive.
Qualifications
* Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
* Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset. Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others success.
* The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.
