Role Overview
We are seeking a Service and Support Technician to play a vital role within the CIO IT Service and Support team. The Service Desk is the frontline of Avidity Group Support, providing excellent customer service and acting as the initial point for tickets and queries. You will serve as the escalation point for Service Desk Analysts, helping to resolve complex technical issues with minimal business impact.
Candidate Profile
* At least 2 years of recent experience in an IT support or similar technical role
* Proficiency with operating systems such as Android, iOS, and Windows 11
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly to all levels within the organization
* Experience troubleshooting technical issues
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Effective workload management and prioritization skills
* Experience with tools like TeamViewer Remote Support, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot
Responsibilities
1. Manage tickets and calls, respond promptly, and prioritize based on guidelines
2. Perform daily system checks, backups, and reporting
3. Set up and remove end-user accounts and licenses
4. Follow incident management policies to identify core issues
5. Create, update, and maintain support knowledge base and ticketing system
6. Perform remote installations via Managed Play Store and Company Portal
7. Support CIO delivery team on key business projects

Candidate Requirements
