What you will do:
* Lead and manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases with confidence and professionalism.
* Support the Group Manager in consistently maintaining and elevating high standards across the team.
* Represent the service in developing key service provision or strategy initiatives, influencing positive change.
* Oversee staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality social work services for children, young people, and their families, adhering to statutory regulations and best practice guidelines.
* Guide and monitor your team in the accurate and robust recording of information on relevant systems and databases, ensuring the child’s voice is captured and evidenced.
