What you'll be doing:
* Leading and developing a team within international professional services recruitment.
* Partnering with clients across global audit, tax, and advisory firms.
* Overseeing delivery of mid to senior-level mandates.
* Driving business development and expanding international relationships.
* Building and strengthening global candidate networks.
* Coaching and mentoring consultants.
* Acting as a trusted advisor on global hiring trends.

* Experience in recruitment with exposure to professional services.
* Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
* Strong interest in international markets.
