1. DLM On-site Engineer Site Based Engineer Installation Technicians provide desktop hardware installation services where basic technical skills are required for a service delivery solution.
2. Installation Technicians will typically unbox and install the kit to the desk, connect peripherals, connect cables ( power and network) and perform any relevant power self-tests.
3. Basic steps to start automated builds and simple scripted post-login configuration may also be required.
4. Technicians may be asked to work variable shift patterns as business requires.
5. Additionally, upkeep of system records, principally ServiceNow. Strict adherence to procedures, scripts and policies, is a must.
6. Flexibility of working days will be required, though minimal, with notice.
