About SHRI Academy
As the training arm of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), SHRI Academy is dedicated to advancing HR and business capabilities through industry‑relevant, practitioner‑led programmes. Our courses are designed to equip professionals with practical HR skills aligned to Singapore’s evolving workplace and regulatory landscape.
Your Role
* Deliver high‑quality, engaging training sessions (in‑person and/or virtual)
* Facilitate adult learning using practical, real‑world applications
* Adapt course materials to suit diverse learner profiles and organisational contexts
* Provide insights grounded in current industry practices and Singapore regulations
* Support continuous improvement of programme content and delivery

* HR Management & HR Business Partnering
* Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
* Learning & Development / Adult Learning Design
* Performance Management & Employee Engagement
* Leadership & Management Development
* Workplace Investigations & Employee Relations
* Digital HR & HR Technology Strategy
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 8–10 years of relevant industry or consulting experience
* Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
* Prior experience in adult learning, training, or coaching preferred
* ACTA/ACLP certification or equivalent (advantageous)
* Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
* Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of professionals
